CIVICHUB Surveys is a fully customizable survey platform that lets Canadian organizations create branded feedback forms which seamlessly match their existing website design. Every survey can be individually styled with a client's own colors, fonts, logo, and button shapes, so a respondent experiences a form that feels like a natural extension of the brand they already trust rather than a third-party tool bolted on.

The platform is built for organizations that take feedback seriously — political campaigns collecting constituent input, nonprofits running community consultations, and businesses gathering customer experience data. Each client gets their own branded surveys, optional custom domains, and control over how results are shared, including public results pages, post-submission charts, and follow-up content cards. Under the hood, submissions are deduplicated and rate-limited, contact details are only stored with explicit consent, and respondent privacy is treated as a first-class concern rather than an afterthought.
